Wivalle E. Lipe

	Wivalle E. Lipe, age 87, of Willisville, IL, formerly of Pinckneyville, IL , who also lived in East St. Louis for 35 years passed away on September 23, 2004 at 2:17 a.m. in Belleville Memorial Hospital.
	Wivalle was born on November 17, 1916, a son, to William and Leta (Derricks) Lipe. In November of 1937, he was united in marriage to Mary B. Moore in Pinckneyville and she preceded him in death on April 6, 1988. He was of the Baptist faith and served with the U.S. Army in WWII. Wivalle loved gardening and the outdoors.
	Survivors include 7 daughters: Jean Stephan and husband Norman of Jacksonville, IL, Joann Wallace and husband Kenneth of Paducah, KY, Verna Mills of Paducah, KY, Bonnie Adams and husband Gary of St. James, MO, Sharon Kuscsik and husband Andy of Phoenix, AZ, Marilyn Donnell and husband Robert of Willisville, IL, and Cynthia Fitch of Fairview Heights, IL, 1 brother: Everette Lipe of Bunker Hill, IL, 3 sisters: Dejah Hermany of Pinckneyville, Vernice Chapman of Pinckneyville, and Ruth Fisher of Pinckneyville, 26 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
	He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, 1 daughter: Gladys Fuller, 2 brothers: Denean and Edward Lipe, 3 sisters: Lucille Taylor, Verna Lee Dunihoo, and Gwendolyn Lipe, 1 grandchild: Vicky Jean Keeling and 1 aunt: Opal Derricks.
	Funeral Services were held at the Denmark Baptist Church, Denmark, IL on Sunday, September 26, 2004 at 2:00 p.m.. Interment was in the Cutler Cemetery.
	Friends called at the Pyatt-Harrawood Funeral Home in Pinckneyville, IL on Saturday, September 25, 2004 from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and again on Sunday from 8:00 a.m. until 1:30 p.m.. 
	Memorial donations may be made to American Cancer Society or Multiple Sclerosis Society.
